Job summary

A leading service solution provider in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a sales professional to present and advocate service solutions to customers. The role requires building rapport, managing customer relationships, and maximizing customer potential, with an emphasis on sales and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a diploma or degree, strong sales skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in B2B environment and managing SME business portfolio.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish good rapport with customers to maintain business relationship.
  • Increase spending by product penetration and manage account margins.
  • Handle assigned customer's inquiries and support on after sales service.

Job description

Toreach out and present Lyreco service solution to the business at the designated territory area assigned to you and ensure we become one of the preferred supplier to our customers’ choice.

  • Establishing good rapport with customers to maintain business relationship/retention.
  • Increasing the spend by product penetration and managing the margin of accounts visited.
  • Handling assigned customer's inquiry and support on after sales service.
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholder to ensure full customer satisfaction by providing Lyreco standard service level.
  • Work on full category compliance to maximize customer potential.
  • Advocate customer loyalty through dedicated account management.
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned to you by the manager.
Qualification
  • Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, Solution Selling Skills, Proactive Listening skills, Sales negotiation skills, Sales Pipeline Management skills
  • valid driver license is a plus
  • Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
  • Minimum 2years sales experience in B2B environment and managing SME business portfolio

Salary package consist of Basic salary, fix allowance, and subject to monthly sales incentive upon target achievement.
