Job description

A dedicated and customer-oriented Senior Sales Executive is responsible to drive sales activities which includes analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management. He/She should also be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and able to build a rapport with customers. Ultimately, Senior Sales Executive should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales budget that has been approved and communicated by the immediate superior.

2. Build business by identifying and selling prospects on all company's training and certification programmes.

3. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options.

4. Sell training programmes by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending the appropriate programmes for their upskilling needs.

5. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending tailored/customised training programmes to suit client needs.

6. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

7. Prepare weekly activities report, update Sales Funnel on business in the pipeline, complete usage of CRM system with data entry, email communication with client and update on progress of revenue achieved.

8. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by learning on the job and attending educational workshops and other related upskilling programmes.

10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

11. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

12. Attend Sales Meetings and any other meetings that are scheduled.

13. Stay updated and research on current market trends.

14. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superiors.
