Salary range: RM5,000-RM8,000 depending on the candidate's level of experience.

Allowance, KPI, and Bonus also available.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in social events.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Recruit and onboard new potential partners to CPP (Channel Partner Program).
  • Establish ties with Level 1 and Level 2 partners.
  • Build relationships with Level 3 partners.
  • Meet and exceed set targets.
  • Support and develop all partners.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts and opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strategize to maximize coverage of the overall account, service, and development of assigned sales accounts, fostering good personal and business relationships.
  • Balance short-term gains with long-term growth to achieve or exceed sales targets and increase market share.
  • Prepare proposals, risk analyses, and cost/benefit analyses for opportunities within the account.
  • Serve as a liaison between Tech Titan, vendors, and customers for escalation of delivery and pricing issues.
  • Document and execute Account and Opportunity Plans, demonstrating understanding of customer business issues and relating them to business and IT initiatives.
  • Develop a contact network within channel partners to enable effective business sales.
