- • Assist senior sales executive in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- • Assist in preparing reports on sales activities and sales updates.
- • Participate in sales meetings with client and support the preparation and follow-up activities.
- 4. System Management:
- • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the company system.
- 5. Client Communication:
- • Respond to inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with customer and client to build and sustain relationships.
- • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring that issues are resolved to their satisfaction and following up as necessary.
