As part of our expansion plan, we are recruiting passionate and driven Sales Executives (Senior & Junior) to strengthen our footprint across Malaysia. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting business growth and driving superior customer satisfaction. The focus areas include:

Execute sales strategies to support business growth in the Foodservice & Retail Division.

Drive profitable revenue growth within targeted margins.

Build and nurture strong customer relationships to support long-term business success.

Ensure operational efficiency and excellence in market execution.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Execution & Revenue Growth

Prepare and implement sales strategies and growth plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Drive consistent and sustainable sales growth within assigned channels and customer portfolios.

Ensure sales targets and healthy profit margins are consistently met or exceeded.

Customer Relationship Management

Manage and review assigned customer accounts through regular market visits.

Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to foster loyalty and business expansion.

Resolve trade issues, service gaps, and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Market Execution & Event Management

Align with immediate superior on planning and executing in-store activations, roadshows, and promotional events.

Plan, negotiate, and execute sell-out activities with key customers to drive product visibility and sales.

Market Updates & Reporting

Provide timely updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the Sales Manager, General Manager (GM), and relevant stakeholders.

Share market observations and insights to support strategic planning and market positioning.

Proactively manage account receivables.

Responsible for debt collection and resolving overdue payments in collaboration with the finance team.

Others

Perform any other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager as required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Minimum 1-3 years (Junior) / 3-5 years (Senior) of proven sales experience, preferably in Foodservice, Retail, or FMCG sectors.

Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.

Strong skills in analyzing sales data and presenting reports.

Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Good understanding of the foodservice and retail industries is highly desirable.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Mandarin dialects is an added advantage.

Willing to travel within assigned territories.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply for Junior positions.
