Job description

1. Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.

2. Assist in the implementation of sales strategy and promotion set by the company.

3. Provide comprehensive product information, including fabric content, care instructions, and sizing details, while maintaining a tidy and organized store environment through restocking merchandise and arranging displays.

4. Stay up-to-date on contemporary fashion trends and product offerings to proficiently assist customers and drive sales.

5. Collaborate with the team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique, while also assisting with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and slow-moving items.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field;

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner;
