A dynamic company in the food and beverage industry is seeking a talented Sales Executive (Senior) based in Semenyih, Malaysia. The candidate will manage existing accounts, develop sales strategies, and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience in the HORECA sector is essential, along with the ability to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin. We are hiring talent Sales Executive (Senior) based in Semenyih, Beranang (HORECA, F&B, Retail) professional to join our team in expanding new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage existing account provided by Company and increase sales by selling more product
  • Prepare quotation, tender documents and related sales proposal
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
  • Customer Management
    • Point of contact- Maintaining customer relationship, ensuring all communication is clear, timely, and professional.
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
    • Provided feedback on prices info to Sales Coordinator teams
  • Operation
    • Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with Sales Coordinator
    • Work closely with Logistics team to ensure smooth and on time delivery
    • Monitor credit collection and outstanding payment
    • Prepare Sales report for Management review
  • Others
    • Prepare and represent company for any Roadshow & exhibitions
    • Conduct and prepare any Product presentations and demonstration for clients
    • Support on preparing marketing materials in any promotion etc.
Job Requirements

Experience in HORECA or Food & Beverage industries

Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

Willing to travel within assigned areas and attend events as required.

Self motivated and able to work independently.
