Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive strategic sales growth across Malaysia and Brunei by leading sales activities and developing effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability of Sysmex products and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out sales activities and create strategies to increase revenue growth and profitability of Sysmex products and solutions.
  • Implement monthly and annual plans to increase market share, prepare commercial proposals and tender documents, and work with internal stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead projects for the installation of instruments and deployment of solutions within designated sales territory.
  • Focus on engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build royalty champion and establish influential stakeholders as trusted advisors for Sysmex.
  • Ensure all workflows and processes adhere to company policies, local laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Technology, Life Science, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience in In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) instruments, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Has a good understanding of the IVD business and healthcare market.
  • Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work well in a team.
  • Good in communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Owns a vehicle and is willing to travel frequently within Malaysia and to nearby countries such as Brunei and Singapore.
