Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Puchong. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s logistics and freight services. The role involves prospecting, preparing quotations, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, or freight forwarding is preferred, though not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and promote services
  • Proficiency in client relationship management tools and basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills for understanding client needs and developing customized solutions
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior sales experience, especially in the logistics industry, would be advantageous
