A leading property development firm is seeking a Sales Consultant based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role involves handling walk-ins, conducting sales presentations, and qualifying prospects. Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience in property sales, strong selling skills, and a diploma/degree in marketing or business. Handle walk‑ins, event leads, digital enquiries, and referrals generated by the developer.
Conduct professional sales presentations, gallery tours, and product briefings to prospects.
Qualify prospects by assessing financial capacity and housing needs.
Work closely with loan processing desk and bankers to assist buyers in securing financing.
Maintain accurate and timely updates of leads in CRM system.
Participate actively in sales gallery events, roadshows, and community activations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.
Provide after‑sales support including SPA signing coordination and customer service.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of property sales or related customer‑facing experience.
Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Familiarity with bank loan processes and DSR assessment is an advantage.
Energetic, self‑driven, and target‑oriented.
