  • Can speak Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to learn, present products, and close sales
  • Can work in a team and talk to people at all levels
  • 6 working days per week
  • Able to work on Public Holidays / Peak Seasons
Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet company goals
  • Research and analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and help grow our client base
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Identify and qualify new leads, and manage existing accounts
  • Present and demonstrate products clearly to potential clients, explaining features and benefits
  • Study market trends to discover new customers, segments, and opportunities in the brick and construction industry
  • Ensure clear and effective communication within the sales team, with customers, and with other departments
