Job summary

Agricultural Chemicals (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a results-driven sales professional to expand opportunities in aquaculture and animal feed additive products at ACM.

You will manage promotions, cultivate customer relationships, and coordinate with dealers to meet sales targets across Penang and beyond. Ideal candidates have a degree in Aquaculture or related fields, at least two years of sales experience in animal nutrition, strong English skills, and a willingness to travel with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aquaculture & Animal Nutrition or related field.
• 2 years of sales experience in animal nutrition is preferred.
• Good command of English (oral & written).
• Possess valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Collect market information and monitor market size, ACM's market share and positioning.
• Responsible for monthly sales targets for aquaculture & animal feed additive products.
• Build strong relationships with customers to grow sales.
• Work with dealers to promote feed additive products.

Job description

This position is focusing on new or enhancing business opportunities in aquaculture & animal feed additive products. The job holder shall be responsible for sales and promotion for these feed additives products. He / she needs to have entrepreneur drive to explore/enhance current solutions into new/current market, customers, and new geographical location. He / She must be able to utilize market knowledge, analyze opportunities and translate into business. Assisting in all Aquaculture & Animal Feed Additive business matters to meet with sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Collect market information and keep abreast of market size, ACM's market share and ACM's market positioning and industry trends.

Responsible for the monthly sales target for aquaculture & animal feed additive products.

Build strong relationship with customers to grow the sales.

Work closely with dealers on promoting our feed additive products.

Support promotional activities ie. exhibition & trade show, conduct presentation to promote products.

Coordinate in R & D ie. preparing trials, data collection & reports writing for new product development.

Any other duties as may be provided from time to time by the immediate superior or person acting on behalf of Company.

Job Requirements

Degree in Aquaculture & Animal Nutrition or Biological Science, Applied Science or equivalent.

Preferably with two years of sales experience in animal nutrition industry.

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to communicate at all levels.

Good command in English (both oral & written)

Possess valid driving license and willing to travel extensively.
