Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate development team. The role involves driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company’s projects professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by the company.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms professionally.
  • Negotiate terms of sales, prepare necessary documents, and close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and business partners.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
  • Participate in property launches, roadshows, and other sales/marketing events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales successfully.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute sales strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and ensure prompt after-sales service.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must Have (Essential)
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience (minimum 1–3 years, depending on seniority).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • High self-motivation, discipline, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possession of own transport and valid driving license.
Advantageous (Good to Have)
  • Experience in real estate, property development, or related industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct professional product briefings.
  • Existing client network or database in relevant industry.
