A leading lubricant distributor in Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive to promote and sell engine oil and lubricants. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and possess strong selling skills. Responsibilities include sourcing new accounts, promoting sales, and developing marketing strategies. The position requires willingness to travel extensively and proficiency in English and Bahasa. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, based in Kuantan or Kuala Terengganu.

Overview

We are looking for an account executive who can sell Engine Oil Motorcycle Parts/Tyres/Lubricants outlet in this area. Channel will include visiting motorcycle workshops and motorcycle spare part shops. Preferably someone who\'s a fast learner and responsive with strong selling skills. Candidate with experience in FMCG line or selling engine oil/lubricants will be a priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and establish a new account.
  • To aggressively promote and generate sales set by company.
  • Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for an accelerated share of the market, sales, and profit growth for the assigned brand portfolio.
  • Develop trade strategies and promotion plans to drive channel growth in terms of market share.
  • Tracking Sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • REPORT directly to Managing Director
Job Requirements
  • Hard working, self-motivated, results oriented and honest.
  • Candidate must possess driving license and own car.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa
  • Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.

  • Position will be based in Kuantan or Kuala Terengganu.
