What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound lead generation through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Meet with HR managers, admin users, and senior management to understand their pain points and showcase ByteHR’s value.
- Conduct engaging, tailored product demos (we’ll train you!) that wow decision-makers and simplify complex HR processes.
- Work directly with the CEO to refine our go-to-market strategy and close high-quality clients.
- Maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline with regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve inbound campaigns and support lead nurturing efforts.
- Be a voice for the Malaysian market — providing insights that help shape product direction and onboarding experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to consistently close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay — you can pitch, listen, and persuade at every level of an organization.
- Confidence to lead product demos and adapt your messaging for HR, Admin, Finance, IT, and C-suite decision-makers.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating closely with the CEO and product team.
- Strong business acumen, curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (we use HubSpot) is a plus.
- Communication skills in Mandarin is a plus.
