Role Overview

• Learn basic financial market concepts, trading logic, and our AI products (training provided)
• Build and manage your presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu)
• Consistently create and publish content to attract prospects
• Engage and follow up with potential clients to meet KPI targets
• Guide clients through basic onboarding steps (account setup, MT4/EA installation checklist)
• Encourage client referrals and pass potential agents to the internal team

Requirements

• Friendly, clear communicator experienced in online chat or short-call engagement
• Self-driven, reliable, strong in execution
• Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, etc.)
• Able to create content and willing to build a personal brand
• Candidates with client resources or lead-generation ability are preferred
• Interest in trading or fintech is an advantage (no experience required)
