• Assist Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory.
• Attend to enquiries from prospective customers.
• Follow up on all outgoing quotations.
• Confirm prospective customers for bed spaces.
• Liaise with customers for signing agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager/ Asst.Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory.
• Attend to enquiries from prospective customers.
• Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces.
• Follow up on Letters Offer and Tenancy Agreement.
• Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spell out in the Letter of Offer.
• Liaise with customers for the signing of Tenancy Agreement and payment of the signing of the stamp duties.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
