  • Welcome, receive and escort patients to doctors.
  • Consult and enroll patients for the respective programs.
  • Answering patient inquires and transferring calls to direct and departments.
  • Systematic follow up with leads / enquiries and convert into active Clients.
  • Explain the available procedures clearly to the patient.
  • Maintain patient, visitor and staff confidentiality.
  • Achieve targeted sales KPI.
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma in or equivalent field.
  • Experience in customer service & sales related fields.
  • Able to work flexibly such as shift work, weekends and public holidays, and is reliable, dependable, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office suite.
