A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales Executive to identify and develop business opportunities in the automation and mechatronics sectors. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling mechatronics products, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. A diploma or degree in Mechatronics or a related field is required, along with at least one year of sales experience. The role involves regular client visits and requires good communication skills.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, automation, and mechatronics-related markets.
Promote and sell mechatronics products, systems, and solutions to existing and potential customers.
Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and communication.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and update CRM records.
Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in mechatronics, automation, industrial equipment, or technical sales.
Strong understanding of mechatronic systems, automation components, sensors, PLCs, or industrial machinery.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Possess a valid driving license (preferred).
