Job summary

Land Pacific Development in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a sales professional to join our property sales team. You will engage in sales activities, manage inquiries, coordinate exhibitions, and advise purchasers on loans and financing.

The role requires Mandarin & English communication, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team targets. A university degree and at least 1 year in property sales are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
  • Communicate in Mandarin & English.
  • Knowledge of sales documentation, AP/DL submissions, bank loans, MOT.
  • Team player with initiative, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the property sales industry.

Responsibilities

  • To engage in sales-related activities.
  • Attend to sales matters from inquiry to document execution.
  • Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, launches, and private events.
  • Identify potential customers to meet sales objectives.
  • Provide after-sales service; advise on bank loans and end-financing.
  • Develop sales and promotional tools for the target market.
  • Maintain and update registrants/prospects database.
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks for Sales Department or Management.

  • Ability to actively identify potential customers to meet the company's sales objectives.

  • Provide after-sales customer service. Advise purchasers on bank loans and end-financing procedures.

  • Assist in developing sales and promotional tools that appeal to the correct market segment.

  • Ensure that the registrants/prospects database is regularly updated

  • Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by/to the Sales Department and/or assigned by Management from time to time.

A remuneration package and position title will be offered based on the skill and experience in similar fields.
