Responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying and selling to professional beauty saloons, aesthetic clinics and spas; and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintains quality service by responding to customers in a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure the solution.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Possess excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management, and ability to multitask.
Job Requirement
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (added advantage for experience in skincare/cosmetics/beauty/personal care).
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly driven by sales figure, targets and commission.
Required Skill(s)
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales, Customer Relationship or equivalent.
