Position: Sales Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Salary Range + Commission: 3k-4.5k (commission-based)

Number of Positions: 1

Urgency of Role: Very Urgent
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent service and establish long-term relationships with existing customers.
  2. Follow up with customers to close sales deals.
  3. Support and provide after-sales service, including problem-solving, advice, attending to inquiries, complaints, and orders through regular visits.
  4. Assist in payment collection follow-up.
  5. Develop action plans to search for new and prospective customers.
  6. Conduct effective presentations, propose optimal solutions, and negotiate pricing with customers.
  7. Assist in planning sales strategies to meet the annual business goals.
  8. Identify new markets and business opportunities.
  9. Perform site visits as needed.
  10. Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Key Requirements
Must-have
  • Willing to explore sales roles.
  • Open to Chinese and Malay speakers.
  • Experience with sales hardware is a bonus.
  • Minimum diploma qualification.
Good-to-have
  • Experience in Johor/Melaka markets; own transport preferred, mileage claim provided for outstation travel.
  • Willing to stay in the office; knowledge of company products (portable toilets).
Reporting Structure
  • Report to Sales Manager.

Working Arrangement
  • Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor
  • Workdays: 5 per week
  • Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
