About the role

Topmix Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Johor. This is a full‑time position & you will be responsible for driving sales and driving business growth in the interior renovation industry. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and closing deals.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively prospect and seek sales opportunities through networking and other prospecting activities.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers through regular visits, deep understanding of their needs to ensure high customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Closely monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote the company's offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
