A beauty product company in Johor is seeking a Sales Executive to connect with professional beauty salons and clinics. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. Applicants should have 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in the skincare industry, or be recent graduates eager to start their careers. Strong communication skills and a sales-driven attitude are essential for success in this role.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying and selling to professional beauty saloons, aesthetic clinics and spas; and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions tailored to each customer's needs
Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management
Maintains quality service by responding to customers in a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure the solution
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Possess excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management, and ability to multitask
Job Requirement
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (added advantage for experience in skincare/cosmetics/beauty/personal care)
Ability to multitask
Highly driven by sales figure, targets and commission
Required Skill(s):
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales, Customer Relationship or equivalent.
