Job description

Responsibilities

• Attend walk-ins, sales inquiries or phone calls professionally by providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales inquiries, sales leads, presentations and closures, including attending potential purchasers and following up on cases.
• Work closely with team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Participate in new product launches, roadshows, events, etc.
• Maintain the sales gallery/show unit/exhibition booth in good condition.
• Assist in loan application by liaising with panel bankers and lawyers to ensure smooth and timely conversion.
• Ensure all sales documents are complete and keyed accurately into the system.
• Timely update loan approval status and provide information to Sales Admin to arrange signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement upon loan approval.
• Ensure all sales transactions are timely recorded into master control tracking report.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Update weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Assist appointed real estate agencies when needed.
• Prepare agents’ commission claims and submit them to the respective department.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by superiors.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Excellent command of both oral and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with at least 2 years experience are an added advantage.
• Hostel can be arranged for outstation staff.
• Computer knowledge and Microsoft Office is required.
• Positive mindset, proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Willing to be based in Jenjarom.
