Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that day‑to‑day business documents are accurately recorded, generated and filed according to defined systems and within the required timeframes.
• Process computerized Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices and other sales‑related documents efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and verify business documents such as Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices and other correspondence to ensure they are in good order.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to promote sales and ensure debt collection.
• Provide high‑quality service to customers by promptly handling complaints and inquiries.
• Preferred work location at Kapar, Selangor & Ipoh, Perak.
