  • Systematically follow up with leads/enquiries and convert them into active clients.
  • Explain the available procedures clearly to the patient.
  • Maintain patient, visitor and staff confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma in or equivalent field.
  • Experience in customer service & sales related fields.
  • Able to work flexibly such as shift work, weekends and public holidays, and is reliable, dependable, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
