We are seeking candidates for this role in both Penang and Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new business development, account implementation, maintaining and deepening customer relationships.
- Face-to-face customer contact service to achieve personal and company sales goals for small to large sized customers.
- Develop new business and grow revenue by identifying potential new customers, conducting background research on potential customers, discussing the customer's supply chain with decision makers and other appropriate customer representatives, analyzing customers needs and developing and implementing solutions.
- Maintain existing business by developing an understanding of the customer's business and supply chain through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing solutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as sales counterparts as well as other internal partners to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
- Regularly engage with customers to ensure customer understanding of Eng Kah services and to maximize customer utilization of Eng Kah services.
- Foster an outstanding customer relationship by providing regular business reviews, entertaining customers, developing solutions, exhibiting outstanding communication skills, both oral and written and learning the customer's business.
- Leverage new and existing technology tools such as internal systems, mobile devices and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate initiative, organization, discipline and adaptability while working in a team environment.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level education.
- At least 2 years of working experience in customer service field will be required.
- Possess communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- This position is available in both Penang and Kuala Lumpur. Our main office is in Bayan Lepas, Penang; however, candidates in Kuala Lumpur will work remotely.
