Job Scope: Sales Executive (Nature First Harvest)
1. Sales & Customer Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand market coverage.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and orders promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
2. Order & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Verify that customer orders are fulfilled according to invoices and specifications.
- Address any delivery issues or product complaints and resolve them efficiently.
3. Product Knowledge & Promotion
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all the products, particularly mushrooms and fresh produce.
- Educate customers on product features, quality, and shelf-life.
- Promote new products, offers, and seasonal items to boost sales.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
>Track customer orders, payment status, and account balances.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
5. Market Feedback & Improvement
- Gather market information, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
- Provide constructive feedback to management for sales strategies and product improvements.
6. Administrative & Compliance Duties
- Ensure all documentation, invoices, and delivery notes are properly submitted and filed.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and reporting timelines.
