Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand market coverage.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and orders promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for accurate deliveries.
  • Verify customer orders according to invoices and specifications.
  • Address delivery issues or product complaints and resolve them efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, particularly mushrooms and fresh produce.
  • Educate customers on product features, quality, and shelf-life.
  • Promote new products, offers, and seasonal items to boost sales.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Track customer orders, payment status, and account balances.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Gather market information, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
  • Provide feedback to management for sales strategies and product improvements.
  • Ensure documentation, invoices, and delivery notes are properly submitted.
  • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and reporting timelines.

Job Scope: Sales Executive (Nature First Harvest)
1. Sales & Customer Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand market coverage.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and orders promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
2. Order & Delivery Coordination
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Verify that customer orders are fulfilled according to invoices and specifications.
  • Address any delivery issues or product complaints and resolve them efficiently.
3. Product Knowledge & Promotion
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all the products, particularly mushrooms and fresh produce.
  • Educate customers on product features, quality, and shelf-life.
  • Promote new products, offers, and seasonal items to boost sales.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
