This is a full‑time Sales Executive position at DIVERSATECH FERTILIZER SDN BHD, based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing needs in a retail environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing recommendations
• Restocking and organizing store shelves to ensure a neat and tidy presentation
• Performing other general retail duties as required to support the team

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Fertilizer industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful, and approachable manner
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• Priority will be given to candidates who are able to work outside office hours and are willing to perform duties outside the area as directed by the company
