Job summary

Flex Precision Manufacturing in Sekudai, Johor is seeking a driven business development professional to grow our sheet metal and precision machining services in Malaysia. You will maintain key client relationships, follow up project requirements and technical communications, promote our solutions, prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields.
• 1+ years of business development or sales experience in sheet metal, machining or precision manufacturing.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and technical specifications.
• Experience in medical or semiconductor exhibitions preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Malay language ability a plus; Mandarin-speaking for Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and expand business for sheet metal and precision machining in Malaysia.
• Maintain key customer relationships and follow up on project requirements and technical communications.
• Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and analyze industry trends.
• Promote manufacturing solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
