We are seeking a professional to drive and grow our business development activities in Failure Analysis in TÜV SÜD Malaysia, reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Industry Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow the Failure Analysis services in Malaysia for new account acquisitions.
  • Identify, understand, and define customer needs, objectives, and business requirements, designing a solution to meet Clients' requirements.
  • Participate and coordinate lead generation activities, including customer workshops, tradeshows, and company events.
  • Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios for sales presentations.
  • Communicate business requirements to the project/implementation team after completion of sales to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stage.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager and operations team to identify, drive, and develop new service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with relevant business units in ASEAN and strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies, and project realization where applicable.
  • Build, strengthen, and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably gained in an international organization.
  • Experience in materials, metal, or composites would be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's culture, markets, and customer base.
  • Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
  • Mature, self-disciplined, and results-driven.
