Job description
Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Plan, implement and organize customer or consultant visit/meeting to close new sales to achieve sales targets.

Assist the sales organization in arranging seminars and product introductions for customers to generate interest, increase brand awareness, and stimulate demand for our Environmental Solutions.

Create sales funnel – and project report and open sales orders.

Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement.

Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify market trends, and competitive insights, and leverage findings to refine sales strategies and positioning of products.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop accurate sales forecasts and pricing strategies based on market demand and customer feedback.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies, prioritize initiatives, and leverage resources effectively to support the sales.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other relevant course.
  • Proven experience in sales or Business Development roles within B2B.
  • Exceptional sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to influence key stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and close deals successfully.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results‑oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability for the organization.
  • Analytical mindset, with skills in market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking to inform strategic decision‑making and optimize sales performance.

  • Good command of English language (spoken and written, including communication and interaction skills).
