A leading agricultural company in Klang City is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth through proactive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will plan customer meetings, liaise with cross-functional teams, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant fields and have proven B2B sales experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential to influence stakeholders and close deals effectively.
Drive sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Plan, implement and organize customer or consultant visit/meeting to close new sales to achieve sales targets.
Assist the sales organization in arranging seminars and product introductions for customers to generate interest, increase brand awareness, and stimulate demand for our Environmental Solutions.
Create sales funnel – and project report and open sales orders.
Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement.
Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify market trends, and competitive insights, and leverage findings to refine sales strategies and positioning of products.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop accurate sales forecasts and pricing strategies based on market demand and customer feedback.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies, prioritize initiatives, and leverage resources effectively to support the sales.
