What you'll be doing?

Monitor Sales: Track sales performance and ensure customer needs are met with quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

Client Engagement: Identify and secure new projects through effective client engagement and business development.

Quotation Support: Read and interpret project drawings to support accurate quotations and project execution.

Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers on quotations, feedback, and proposal clarifications.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from order confirmation to final delivery.

Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments and collections.

Communication: Communicate organizational updates or changes to customers via official formats, email, or verbal communication.

Who are they looking for?

Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales within manufacturing industry.

Educational qualifications: Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Language proficiency: Proficiency in Malay and English is required while Mandarin is an added advantage.

Personality: Sales-driven and a people-person in order to maintain client relationship.

Industrial experience: Experience in a sales engineering role for manufacturing or automotive industry is an added advantage.
