Job summary

Kit Loong Commercial Tyre Sdn Bhd – Kota Kemuning, Selangor

We are looking for smart, inquisitive people who are willing to learn the complexities of our industry, with a specific focus on one or more industrial divisions, including: Container & Cargo Logistics, Agriculture & Food, Oil, Gas & Chemical, Industry Development & Mining, Public Services, port and mega projects.

This role will prepare the candidate for a future senior position as division manager or General Manager of the division, depending on the size of the business volume.

The role is hands-on and technical, very diverse, with a mix of on-site and in-office time. All training is provided on both the organization and industrial division. The role is very rewarding for someone who likes to solve problems and do the best for their customers. A strong incentive scheme is available alongside industry-leading package.

Responsibilities
  • Develop unique and informative sales platform by industrial segment, using internal resources and data to create an engineering approach to sales
  • Collaborate with software system & data engineer to streamline processes and share ways of working
  • Organize and conduct presentation for big data as a selling tool
  • Explore business opportunities and expand market share
  • Achieve sales target related to incentive scheme
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering
  • Those with sales engineer experience or in relevant industry will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior positions
  • Long experience in technical field serving commercial fleet
  • Possess own transport, own IT gadgets and willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia
What we offer
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Pay: Salary + Incentives
  • Salary: RM5,000 to RM10,000 (Per Month) with incentive. Overall package will be based on experience, sales platform & capability.
