Job Description:

  • Analyze existing and new business market opportunities including extensive marketing research and business development.
  • Establish sales strategies in search of business opportunities and enhancement in assigned territory.
  • Execute given marketing and sales direction to achieve sales objectives.
  • Gather and feedbacks market and competitors information to Sales Manager and Business Development team.
  • Sources for new customers to expand market base.
  • Lead the RFQ team and prepare quotations for customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers
  • Attends to product complaints and suggestions from customers.
  • Continuous enhancing product / application / solution knowledge.
  • Establish potential new clients, determine their Engineering Solution needs & convert these opportunities into sales.
  • Maintain strong relationship with existing key accounts to ensure continuing contracts / services
  • Achieve given sales target and goals as well as preparing and presenting reports and proposals, sales forecast and budget.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Proven sales track record and a strategic thinker with the ability to penetrate new markets and develop new accounts.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to create engineering solutions for customers.
  • Should be confident, independent, outgoing, self-driven, proactive, creative and willing to travel.
  • Communicates in a targeted manner and takes the audience into account..
  • Handles information appropriately and passes information in a timely manner to all concerned parties.
  • Good presentation skills and team player.
