Job summary

A leading semiconductor packaging firm is looking for a sales specialist to participate in customer packaging design discussions and implement product development plans. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or Business Administration and a minimum of 3 years in semiconductor packaging. Responsibilities include providing quotations, ensuring timely order shipping, and maintaining good customer interactions. Frequent local and overseas travel is expected.

  • Minimum 3 years of semiconductor packaging process experience.
  • Self-motivated with an open mindset, able to transform crises into opportunities.
  • Willing to undertake local and overseas business travel, including frequent assignments to India.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in customer packaging design discussions and implement new product development plans.
  • Clarify customer needs and maintain good interaction between the factory and customers.
  • Provide quotations, take orders, and ensure timely shipping.
  • Track customer satisfaction and manage account collections.
  • Continuously seek new business opportunities and provide after-sales services.

Job description

Participate in customer packaging design discussions, formulate and implement new product development plans (NPI tracking).

Clarify customer needs and maintain good interaction between the factory and customers.

Be familiar with the real-time dynamics of competitors and formulate sales strategies with department heads.

Provide quotations, take orders, and ship on time.

Track customer satisfaction and ensure smooth collection of accounts.

Continuously visit customers, provide after-sales services and solutions, and look for new business opportunities at local and overseas.

Regularly report sales progress and market share and weekly and monthly sales & marketing report presentations.

Make a preliminary assessment of the contract proposed by the customer (trading conditions, production process, product requirements, after-sales service), and seek assistance from other departments when necessary to respond to customer needs in a timely manner.

Strictly abide by the quotation process, First time right.

Be familiar with the market positioning of products and continuously update product market trends.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Engineering or Business Administration.

Minimum 3 years of semiconductor packaging process.

Have market research capabilities and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, open mindset and able to transform crisis to opportunities

Willing to undertake local and overseas business travel, including frequent assignments to India.

Possess own transport.
