This full-time role involves managing the sales process from prospecting to closing while building relationships with customers. Ideal candidates possess a degree in polymer or materials engineering and have a strong understanding of electronic adhesives. The role requires frequent customer visits and collaboration with technical and commercial teams.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johor, Malaysia. The Technical Sales Engineer will bring substantial, sustainable sales growth to the organization. This person will need to be a “hunter” in the electronics adhesives market, who can significantly and positively impact the Company’s overall performance. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive and manage the entire sales process actively from prospecting & closing the deal to building and maintaining a relationship at various levels with a customer. This employee will be actively supported by an external and internal functional department in this endeavor.
