Sales & Distribution - Process Improvement Specialist
Job Description: Accountable for driving outcome for approved concepts and business initiatives to support Sales & Distribution. Some experience in Telco Sales / Supply Chain Management and/or previous involvement in project-based business process improvement / optimization is required. Role will be highly involved in understanding the as-is, evaluating, planning, and implementing improvements in business processes and practices, with a focus on Sales & Distribution topics. Responsible for working with business stakeholders and development resources in keeping to delivery target and Go-To-Market business proposition. Constant engagement with management team and other key stakeholders to update them on progress.
You are:
- Someone with prior experience in Sales & Distribution / Supply Chain Management and/or Telco Experience and/or project experience with business process improvement / optimization
- Someone who is curious to understand Digi's Sales processes and operations, aligning to overall business needs
- Someone with strong business acumen that can structure complex business information for prioritization with Business Lead
- Someone who can actively engage stakeholders (both externally and internally) to shape direction and outcome

Your Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a team of Sales and Distribution Process improvement Specialists, as part of Marketing Platforms
- Support the Sales organization in their ambitions, addressing their pain points and working with the larger Digi organization to implement projects and/or platform changes to benefit Digi's Business and its customers
- Engage people across different levels and functional area, lead discussions, be able to articulate and explain complex topics to stakeholders.
- Review and facilitate team discussions when faced with complex problem statement coming from internal and external business stakeholders
- Craft approach and solution options based on findings and develop recommendations.
- Work with a dynamic team, collaborate, learn and at the same time delivering result within aggressive timeline.
Your Merits:
- Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years working experience, 1-2 years of relevant project management skills
- Structured with strong organizational skills
- Project experience in business process improvement and re-engineering, new technology/systems deployments, strategy and planning
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Some knowledge / experience with Mobile App, Web-based applications or Backend System-based development & capabilities is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion and persistence for continuous improvement.
