Working Hours
5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)

Salary Package
Basic salary up to RM20,000 + Commission + Parking Allowance + Flexi Bonus + Variable Bonus

Duration
Permanent Role

Grow sales of identity and application security solutions (Strong Authentication, Single Sign-On, Identity and Access Management) for enterprise customers in Malaysia. Understanding of enterprise digital transformation is a plus.

Manage the full enterprise sales cycle in the assigned territory: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business.

Build trusted relationships with CIOs and other senior IT leaders; understand their challenges, priorities, and IT roadmaps.

Create and execute territory and account plans to drive market penetration, using resources such as marketing, sales development, and channel partners.

Increase direct customer engagement and accelerate pipeline through executive alignment and strategic channel partnerships.

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and strong CRM discipline to support sales planning and reporting.

At least 10 years of IT software, solutions, and/or services sales experience; experience engaging C‑suite stakeholders in enterprise accounts is an advantage.

Proven new‑business (hunter) track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling enterprise security solutions; specialization in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders in major accounts.

Proven track record in account management and channel sales.
