Responsibilities

• Coordinate all incoming sales enquiries and provide customer service support.
• Respond to new customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Responsible for sample preparation and business presentation documents.
• Assist in new product development transactions.
• Arrange daily internal and external transport for goods.
• Liaise with customs for import and export transactions.
• Prepare invoices and delivery orders for customers.
• Schedule daily deliveries based on sales schedule.
• Confirm finished goods inventory with the storekeeper.
• Coordinate delivery to meet customer deadlines.
• Notify HOD of returned purchases for QC verification.
• Distribute promotional materials to customers.
• Follow instructions as needed.
