A manufacturing and sales company is seeking two organized Sales Administrators to support their sales department in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia. Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of working experience in a secretarial, sales support, or administrative position.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry accuracy in internal systems.
• Update sales records and customer databases.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
• Provide operational support to the Head of Sales.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and manage travel arrangements.
• Handle customer inquiries and support various operational tasks.
