Job summary

A building material supplier is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Johor. Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or above or any other equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator.

Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the sales team (Outdoor Sales Person).
• Handle and support indoor sales transactions.
• Prepare and handle sales quotation and delivery order.
• Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the system promptly.
• Assist with customer inquiries and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Follow up order by coordinating with customers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform other duties which may be assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or above or any others equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 years experience as sales coordinator.
• With related experience in hardware/building material is preferable and salary is negotiable.
