Job summary

A manufacturing firm in Penang is looking for a Sales Coordinator Cum Purchasing to assist in the full spectrum of sales and purchase activities. Responsibilities include handling invoices, compiling reports, and supporting senior staff. Candidates with a minimum education of SPM, Diploma, or Degree are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are welcome, and comprehensive training will be provided. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required.

Engtex Metals (Utara) Sdn Bhd is under Engtex Group Berhad which is one of leading BRC mesh producer and hard drawn wire in Malaysia. We currently have five manufacturing facilities in Malaysia and our wire mesh fencing products are manufactured from our Bukit Minyak Penang plant .

Sales Coordinator Cum Purchasing

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in full spectrum of sales & purchase activities & its administration, handling Invoices/ Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders and all relevant documentations
  • To assist in handling all aspects of Master Accounting implementations.
  • Provide support services and to handle quotations, customers enquiries, correspondence, reports writing & minutes etc.
  • Compilation of monthly / yearly sales / collection status reports when required.
  • Prepare sales or Purchase budget / forecast as and when required.
  • Update marketing/sales/suppliers’ records on a regular basis.
  • To assist Senior staff on filing, incoming/outgoing documents and to provide back-up support services including data inputs.
  • Arrangements of appointments and overall co-ordination activities of the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, comprehensive training will be provided

  • Results oriented, resourceful, good interpersonal & communication skills
