Job summary

A leading manufacturing company located in Serendah, Malaysia, is looking for a sales support coordinator. The role involves consolidating sales order requirements, maintaining records, and supporting sales representatives. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Consolidate sales order requirements, oversee order placement, shipment tracking, and handle customer returns or exchanges.
  • 2. Maintain sales records, coordinate with production and logistics based on order specifications, and ensure timely delivery by providing regular updates to the sales team. Reconcile accounts with the finance department monthly and complete documentation and payment entries as per financial guidelines.
  • 3. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on payment collections to ensure timely settlement, and issue tiered alerts for overdue payments based on delinquency status.
  • 4. Assist sales representatives in creating and regularly updating customer information profiles.
  • 5. Compile and analyze weekly and monthly sales order summaries and prepare detailed reports on monthly sales performance.
  • 6. Organize and archive the sales department's customer directory and manage all sales-related documentation systematically.
  • 7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or bachelor's degree qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
