A manufacturing company in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, is looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage delivery plans, warehouse operations, and customer liaisons. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree and possess at least a year of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Manage the delivery plan for internal preparation and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Coordinate waste collection activities from the customer’s site and prepare the necessary supporting documentation.
Liaise with customers and the sales team on product delivery schedules, documentation, and delivery planning.
Oversee warehouse operations for goods storage and coordinate all import and export shipments.
Handle DaganGNet and MIDA-related matters, including customs documentation, duty payment, and clearance for K1 (Import), K2 (Export), and K9 (Free Trade Zone) transactions.
Arrange drivers and company vehicles for goods delivery, waste collection, and other operational needs.
Manage the procurement of items requested by management or other departments.
Prepare and update the annual budget.
Manage APAD applications for new and renewal of vehicle permits and related documentation.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Sales Coordinator, Supply Chain Executive, Purchaser, or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experienced in production control and planning, with QEMS audit knowledge.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, analytical, responsive, and a good team player.
Knowledgeable in products and materials, as well as Material Requirement Planning (MRP) concepts.
Result-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
Basic understanding of chemical processes and ISO standards.
Able to join immediately.
