Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with sales inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and address customer claims.
  • Resolve product issues and follow up for full resolution.

  • Monitor inventory allocation and check lead times.
  • Communicate delays and changes in delivery schedules.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement preventive measures.
  • Participate in customer-service improvement projects.
  • Cover operational duties during absences or shortages.
  • Ensure accurate data for KPI reporting.

Working Hours

9 AM – 6 PM (Mon‑Fri); 9 AM – 1 PM (Saturday, rotational); occasional public holidays.

The company is recognised for its broad product range, fast delivery, high quality and competitive pricing, and has experienced rapid growth across Southeast Asia over the past decade.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to and assist customers with sales inquiries, providing timely and suitable solutions or alternatives.
  • Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and address customer claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or incorrect pricing.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause of customer complaints and offering effective solutions, followed by follow‑up to ensure full resolution.
  • Correct part‑number discrepancies, request lead‑time adjustments from suppliers, and collaborate with Sales, Shipping and Accounts teams on order status and accounts‑receivable matters.
  • Prepare Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers; monitor inventory allocation and check the status of lead times.
  • Communicate any delays and changes in delivery schedules internally and externally, expedite deliveries from suppliers and update relevant systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges while implementing preventive measures to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Participate in customer‑service improvement projects and assist in training and guiding new team members.
  • Cover operational duties in the event of unexpected absences or staffing shortages.
  • Ensure accurate data for KPI reporting and actively contribute to workflow improvements for operational efficiency.
