Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm customer order information (quantity, specifications, delivery, etc.)
• Entry and tracking of orders in systems (ERP or CRM)
• Coordinate with the production / warehousing department to ensure on-time production and delivery
• Respond to customer queries regarding orders, quotes, and shipments
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues
• Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare price lists, contracts, invoices and other sales documents
• Assist sales teams in sales analysis and reporting
• Support the execution of market events or promotional projects
• Follow up on logistics arrangements to ensure goods arrive on time
• Coordinate transportation and warehousing departments to deal with unusual situations
• Consolidate orders, sales data and inventory statements
• Provide management with sales progress and performance reports

Candidate Requirements

• Must be able to travel if needed.
• Must be proficient in Chinese language.
