Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Johor is seeking a Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth operations of sales processes. Responsibilities include managing sales administration, processing customer orders and inquiries, and liaising across departments for timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma, strong analytical and communication skills, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration. Role Overview:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform sales administrative activities (quotation, delivery order & invoice).
  • Responsible to process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle customer enquiries relating to orders and shipment status professionally.
  • Coordinate with production and planner to ensure goods delivered as per customer’s schedule.
  • To liaise with supplier, logistic, customer and inter-department to ensure timely inbound and outbound delivery.
  • Maintain and establish good working relationship with customer.
  • Any other related duties assigned by Management as and when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Diploma holders are welcome.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Sales Admin, with experience in sales and planning processes. Experience in manufacturing is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
