Job summary

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd (Retail) invites applications for a Retail Sales Associate role in Kedah. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and drive sales through proactive service and upselling. Maintain knowledge across footwear, apparel, and equipment and ensure merchandise is well-presented and stocked.

You will handle cash, participate in stock counts, and help keep the store clean. This role requires weekend/holiday shifts and a positive, team-focused attitude in

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (sports retail a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sports, fitness and customer service.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and rotational shifts.

Requirements:
